BOOKING POLICIES

A 100% deposit is required to book any consultations or service.

All payments are final and non-refundable.
RESCHEDULING POLICIES

Please notify Made by Shakes 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

Notifying Made by Shakes less than 24 hours will lead to a deposit forfeit.
CANCELLATION POLICIES

If you need to cancel for any reason, please notify Made by Shakes immediately.

If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive your full deposit. Cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment is cause for a non-refundable deposit forfeit.
TARDINESS POLICIES

Your appointment time is your specific allotted time. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened.

Out of respect for all clients and staff, please arrive on time.
MAINTENCE FEE POLICIES & REGULATIONS
During the time of your contract signing, you have the option to hire Made by Shakes to maintain your website for the first year for a monthly fee. The monthly fee is determined by the type of website you own. If the client chooses to Opt-out of this service, Made by Shakes can provide technical support as needed for $50 per hour.
Maintenance includes: general website upkeep, tech support, and minor updates.

Restaurant/Food Services Website - $40/month
REVISION POLICIES & REGULATIONS
The Client is granted 2 revisions for all of the products that will be delivered. After the second revision, Made by Shakes will charge a $50/hour maintenance fee.
